I want to help your child! I prioritize building a strong, therapeutic relationship with the children and adolescents I serve to ensure they feel comfortable, understood, and safe.

I use several different methods to create a personalized approach that will meet their needs: play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and/or mindfulness practices. I have 30+ years of helping children and teens with issues ranging from anxiety to sexual abuse to grief to adjustment to parents’ divorce. My goal is to assist children and teens to become more self-aware and confident, enhancing their relationship dynamics, and improving their quality of life.
