Practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have learned that as humans we possess natural resilience and hope within our stories. 

I practice through a client centered lens acknowledging and validating each person’s experience so they can take control of their narrative. My experience has been working with children, adolescents, and adults through various mental health issues. I work with clients in a non-directive approach promoting a safe space for them to take ownership of their own story using CBT, DBT, play therapy for children, and strengths-based approaches. I also provide psychotherapy in Spanish to serve the Latino community. I am available to meet each person where they are in their healing process. Therapy can be a difficult choice to make but with a supportive environment this can be the first step towards new hope.
