Are you seeking relief and improved functioning? I specialize in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship, and family conflict, and use play therapy as a primary modality when working with children. 

I embrace diversity and work with all genders and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am dedicated to working with Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, with unique empathy for being a military child and Veteran caregiver. I specialize in treating trauma, with specific training in EMDR and CBT for Insomnia. I am also a yoga teacher, and we can use somatic practices in therapy to encourage mind-body connection and learning new tools for self-regulation.
