Healing from anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma (including PTSD) takes courage, and the bravest step of all is to reach out for help. I am here to support and empower you on that journey to healing. 

Are you surviving, but struggling to thrive? Feeling angry, sad, anxious? Has your world shrunk to the point where you are feeling isolated and lonely? Have you or a loved one experienced terrible things in the past? My specialized training in trauma treatment gives you options to find the approach that works best for you. Those include EMDR, CPT, HeartMath, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy for couples or families where one or more members have experienced significant trauma.I work with individuals and couples (ages 13 – 64 years) from all walks of life who are ready to make positive changes in their lives.I am also one of those rare therapists who is also a military Veteran, and I have years of experience working with all branches of the US military. This has given me insight and compassion for the unique challenges faced by active-duty service members, Veterans, and first responders. When you are ready to take on the challenges you are facing, I’m in your corner to provide guidance and coaching to move forward to healing.
