Clinical Therapist

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I also have significant experience in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and navigating foster kids and system. With a strong background as a mental health clinician, I integrate psychoeducation and a holistic understanding of both psychological and physical health. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and families, and I have extensive experience supporting clients facing severe trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I spent the first part of my career as a nurse, allowing me to bring a deep wealth of medical knowledge and compassionate care to my counseling practice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions, I’ll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the challenges and habits that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll work toward understanding and managing whatever life throws your way—with confidence and resilience.
