I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I also have significant experience in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and navigating foster kids and system. With a strong background as a mental health clinician, I integrate psychoeducation and a holistic understanding of both psychological and physical health. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and families, and I have extensive experience supporting clients facing severe trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I spent the first part of my career as a nurse, allowing me to bring a deep wealth of medical knowledge and compassionate care to my counseling practice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.
