I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I take a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to create a safe and supportive space where patients can explore who they are, work through past experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Many of the individuals I work with carry the weight of past experiences while trying to navigate the stress and uncertainty of daily life. Trauma, anxiety, and depression can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on alert. It can feel exhausting to hold everything together while struggling internally.
Therapy is a space to understand your story, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping so you can live with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and centered on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in child welfare, community mental health, rehabilitation with incarcerated individuals, and medical collaborative care. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in trauma, abuse, and deprivation, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with patients from age 15 and beyond. I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
