I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor. My approach comes from a trauma-informed perspective which emphasizes the importance of an environment of safety in the counseling setting along with helping you build a toolbox to manage difficult emotions and regulate your body and mind. 

I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor my approach to your unique experiences and needs. I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and I am there to guide, offer feedback, and challenge as needed to help you achieve the growth, satisfaction, and peace you seek. I work primarily with teens and adults, and have significant experience working with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. My goal is to make sure you build the skills you desire to be able to achieve your fullest potential.
