I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I integrate mindfulness techniques, teen interventions and family therapy into my practice. I bring a wealth of experience in providing high-quality, culturally responsive care. I specialize in helping clients navigate severe trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. With nearly a decade of experience as a secondary school teacher, I naturally connect with children, teenagers, and families—offering guidance and support through life’s many transitions and challenges. Stable mental health is the foundation for successful daily living and personal growth. As your therapist, I’m here to teach you practical, empowering skills to help you overcome life’s challenges.
