My primary focus is supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges through trauma-informed care, connection, and meaningful personal growth

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio after completing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My professional experience has allowed me to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing trauma, crisis, housing instability, and significant life transitions.

My approach is person-centered and grounded in the belief that each person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey. I strive to create a welcoming and encouraging environment where patients can feel comfortable being themselves while developing healthy coping skills, recognizing their strengths, and building confidence. As an IOP Technician, I value genuine human connection and enjoy being part of a collaborative environment that supports patients as they work toward greater stability and overall well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, strength training, coaching volleyball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
