I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

I assist individuals in managing and overcoming challenges including excess stress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and major mental illness. I also utilize Communication Theory, Systems Theory, and Strategic Family Therapy to assist couples and families in navigating relationship challenges. I aim to promote the empowerment of each client in achieving their goals.
