I recognize how much courage it takes to face hardships and seek a higher level of care. Using an eclectic, therapeutic approach that combines DBT skills and narrative therapy, I help clients feel empowered to take ownership of their stories and their healing. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space and walk alongside you as you build resilience and move toward meaningful change.
