I believe that therapy should be both compassionate and purposeful, helping you move toward clarity, growth, and lasting change. Together, we’ll explore unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or internal struggles, I’m here to support your journey with honesty, empathy, and practical tools.
I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity–the willingness to slow down, look beneath the surface, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping us stuck.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health. My professional background includes extensive work with service members, veterans, and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and health-related concerns. As a military behavioral health provider and former Air Force service member, I bring a unique understanding of the experiences and challenges that can accompany military life, while recognizing that every person’s story is different.
I work best with motivated individuals and couples who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal from past experiences, and make intentional choices about the lives they want to build. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, honest, and practical. I believe you can feel supported in therapy while also being appropriately challenged to grow.
My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from multiple modalities and tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and strengths.
Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that influence how you think, feel, and respond. My hope is that therapy helps you gain greater clarity, build on your strengths, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.
