I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who believes in meeting you where you are on this journey in growing a life that is meaningful to you.

Informed by training in medication management and integrative therapies, I believe a whole-person, values-based focus can help anyone work toward a better quality of life. I enjoy working with folks from the military, the LGBTQIA+ community, and all varieties of lived experience. Every journey is different, and we can all benefit from the support of others, even when asking feels challenging.  You know your experience, truths, and strengths better than anyone, and by getting to know you, I hope to be a valuable support in your personal growth and path forward.
