We can often find ourselves surviving in this life instead of thriving, experiencing the same patterns over again. I utilize a wide range of techniques, but my favored one is teaching patients how to be curious about themselves and understand ‘why’ they do what they do. Our time together will consist of you learning to recognize your relational patterns, targeting areas where you feel ‘stuck,’ and assisting you with engaging yourself in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way. I am passionate about issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, relational discord, self-esteem, and family of origin dynamics.
