I am a licensed psychologist with a background in trauma-informed care, rural mental health, and health psychology.  

I specialize in assessing a range of concerns, including ADHD, ASD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and challenges in relationships or communication. My goal is to provide a respectful, collaborative, and even lighthearted space where clients can feel at ease during the assessment process. I believe evaluations should be both thorough and empowering, offering not only diagnostic clarity but also practical recommendations that support healing, growth, and improved quality of life.
