I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes evidence-based strategies along with creativity and reflection to address life stressors.

Drawing from my personal experiences as a parent, caregiver, and person of color, I offer a practice that is both empathetic and culturally sensitive. I have worked with school-aged children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate a variety of challenges. These include life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach emphasizes understanding each individual’s unique circumstances and providing practical support tailored to their needs.
