My experience reaches across various life circumstances and populations such as criminal justice impacted individuals, co-occurring disorders and emerging adults. I have also worked within the populations of foster care, grief and loss, young professionals, and a host of various mental health disorders. I believe we all need someone to journey with at different times in our lives. Someone you can hold space with to relate, release, and recover. Each person is the subject matter expert of their life, therapy helps us sort the pieces when life feels cluttered. I consider it a gift to walk alongside anyone on their individual journey.
