Deja Stewart, LCSW
Located at Sloan's Lake, CO
Inclusive, trauma-informed therapist supporting diverse individuals, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating ADHD, Autism, trauma, and mood disorders.
As an LCSW licensed in both Colorado and Arizona, I provide therapy for adolescents and adults ages 15 and older. My practice welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as clients navigating women’s issues, ADHD and Autism, trauma, and mood disorders.
My approach to therapy is humanistic and modern, recognizing that each person brings their own experiences, strengths, values, and goals into the therapeutic process. I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable being authentic, understood, and supported.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. I tailor treatment to each client rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Clients may find me to be a strong therapeutic fit because I prioritize genuine connection and building meaningful relationships. Together, we can work through challenges, develop practical skills, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change as you move toward becoming the best version of yourself.
