A favorite quote captures my view of the therapy process. Marcel Proust wrote, “The real voyage of discovery consists, not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.” 

How you see (or what you believe about) yourself and your abilities can be either limiting or freeing. I’ve found that approaching therapy from a place of curiosity opens a wide door. Choosing to walk through that door gives you the chance to explore what might be holding you back from being your true self.          While I provide services across a range of needs, I particularly enjoy working with those affected by trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and sports/performance enhancement. I am EMDR-Certified and work primarily with individuals age 14 and older. I do also see families. Of note, I am an out member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and an avid runner.
