Having worked with individuals and couples to develop strategies to cope with and manage the effects of a stressful career, address trauma, grief, infertility and adoption, post-partum anxiety and depression, and other mental health concerns, I know that reaching out can be hard. My passion is helping people see their potential and address the emotional barriers to achieving success and living full, productive, and content lives.
