I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I focus on helping adults and couples overcome the challenges they face so they can flourish. I specialize in treating: anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual addiction, and relational conflict.

I draw from various forms of therapy including: EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, and Attachment based interventions. My goal is to help you understand what you need, what’s blocking you, and how you can meet those needs. Life is full of pain and challenges. Thankfully, there are ways to heal and overcome those challenges. You can continue to become your best self, no matter what you are facing. It’s my privilege to come alongside you in that process.
