Accepts InsuranceYes
Ages Treated5-65+

Therapy with me looks like real conversations and room to be yourself. My approach is grounded in developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices and a little bit of humor.

I work with children (ages 5+), teens, and adults, and I use the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics and Trauma-Focused CBT to guide how I show up in session, not just the techniques I use. My clinical experience includes working with individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, systemic stressors, and the complexities of identity, relationships, and belonging.

I understand the importance of every person, regardless of background or identity, feeling safe to heal and empowered to grow. Whatever you’re working through, my goal is for you to leave feeling more like yourself, not less.
