I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and teens who struggle with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, parent-child conflict, and adjusting to life’s challenges. 

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients develop emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and strengthen their relationships with those around them. In addition to working with young individuals, I am deeply committed to supporting families. I understand the challenges that come with parenting adolescents, and I strive to help parents develop stronger relationships with their children while fostering a supportive family environment. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your family, providing a safe and compassionate space for growth and healing.
