I am a queer Licensed Professional Counselor with experience across residential facilities, schools, and private practice groups and businesses. 

I utilize an eclectic approach that is fit to the individual sitting in front of me to provide a space to navigate mental health safely. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, identity/LGBTQ+ concerns, and trauma to identify goals and then take the steps towards reaching it.  I bring therapeutic gaming into sessions if appropriate to allow for exploration of emotions, diagnosis, or whatever is needed in the moment.  This can be done through DND, board games, card games, or any game you can think of!  Sometimes, looking at the unknown path ahead can be daunting and dark, so why not walk it with someone next to you holding a light?
