Since the age of 14, I’ve known that God designed me to be a helper and encourager to those struggling with the difficulties of life that touch all of us at one time or another.

For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of joining forces with individuals who desire positive change and are courageous enough to seek help to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize techniques from other evidence-based modalities, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I offer a caring, authentic, supportive environment, and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is crucial for positive change to take place. I look forward to the opportunity to build that relationship with you as we work to help you heal and grow.
