Hello! My name is Christi Gryder, and I have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 22 years. I work with adults 30 plus and address Cognitive Disorders, Grief, LGBTQIA plus, Identity, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and many more issues.

My passion is to work in conjunction with people in order to live their best life and learn how to LIVE life instead of just surviving. I believe we have everything we need inside of us however, our strengths become covered up with life experiences and challenges. It is absolutely possible to overcome and improve mental well-being and health. My goal is to collaborate with you to support you in reaching realistic and worth-while goals. In order to live a happy life, we must address any underlying and unresolved issues in order to clear the past and be able to add to the present as well as the future.
