Hello! My name is Christi Gryder, and I have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 22 years. I work with adults 30 plus and address Cognitive Disorders, Grief, LGBTQIA+, Identity, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and many more issues.

My passion is working with people to help them live their best lives and learn how to LIVE life rather than just survive. I believe we have everything we need within us; however, our strengths are often obscured by life experiences and challenges. It is absolutely possible to overcome mental health challenges and improve mental well-being. My goal is to collaborate with you to help you achieve realistic and worthwhile goals. To live a happy life, we must address any underlying, unresolved issues to clear the past and contribute to the present and the future.
