I specialize in working with people in the LGBT+ community and individuals who are questioning/leaving their faith or have experienced religious abuse/trauma. I am also very comfortable helping people navigate and cope with complex medical issues, chronic illnesses, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief/loss, and general life stressors. My counseling style is compassion based and client centered. I draw from many theoretical frameworks to meet the needs of my clients, leaning heavily on ACT, Feminist Theory, Narrative, and Existential Therapy, among others.
