Chanse Campanella, LMFT
Located at Lone Tree, CO
I help individuals and couples build healthier relationships and navigate grief, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions with greater connection and resilience.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship concerns, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, behavioral health concerns, and significant life transitions. I believe people often come to therapy because something in their life or relationships no longer feels like it is working, and meaningful change begins with having a place where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and individualized. I work alongside clients to better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, recognize the strengths they already carry, and develop practical ways to create meaningful change. My clinical training includes EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s needs and goals.
I strive to create a therapy environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether you are working through a difficult relationship, processing loss or trauma, managing ADHD or behavioral concerns, or navigating a major life transition, I aim to provide a supportive space where you can gain insight, build on your strengths, and move toward the relationships and life you want.
