I strive to provide a safe and empathic environment for individuals and couples to work through their struggles and grow. I work on helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and couples assisting in strengthening their relationship. 

I draw from various modalities based on an individual’s needs, including CBT, DBT skills, and EMDR. For couples, I primarily use the Gottman Method to help them understand each other better and work through their difficulties as a team. Throughout my work, I use a person-centered approach and tailor therapy based on each individual’s needs.
