I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping people feel supported and understood in their mental health journey. I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each age group. 

With a background in military service, I connect deeply with service members, Veterans, and their families, and I am equally committed to creating an affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other complex mental health needs. My approach focuses on creating a safe, collaborative environment where patients feel empowered in their journey toward wellness.
