Caroline Dorr, MS, LPC

Clinical Therapist

I am a licensed mental health therapist with specialized experience in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, substance use disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship-related stress.

I work with adolescents and adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
My clinical approach is integrative and grounded in evidenced based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to build insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable coping strategies.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2015 and completed my Master’s degree at Mississippi State University in 2017. My work is guided by a collaborative, strengths-based philosophy that honors resilience while addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to distress. I am committed to helping clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, increase emotional flexibility, and move toward lives that align with their values.
