I work with adults, couples, families, children, and teenagers using a Solution-Focused approach that empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges by recognizing and building on their existing strengths.

I bring an open heart to my work, creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can engage in self-exploration, build self-awareness, make meaningful changes, and alleviate emotional suffering. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health disorders. I also support clients facing communication and relationship difficulties, helping them improve connections and find healthier ways of relating.
