Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal as a therapist is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

My background in both education and counseling has shaped the way I approach therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. With more than a decade of experience working with survivors of trauma, I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, allowing you to set the pace while I provide guidance, support, and practical tools along the way.

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), complemented by certification in Trauma-Focused CBT and training in EMDR, and Sand Tray Therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, psychoeducation, and fun to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I work with clients ages 9 and older, with a special passion for supporting teens and young adults as they navigate transitions, relationships, identity, and recovery from difficult experiences. Through our work together, I hope to help you learn to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen problem-solving skills, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
