My goal is to help my clients regulate emotions, have more confidence, and build connections with the people around them. I believe in the human capacity to overcome challenges and seek to empower clients to find alternative ways to get their needs met. 

My passion is helping children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, adoption, neurodivergence, and adjusting to life’s changes. I specialize in Play therapy, EMDR, DBT, Reality and Gestalt therapy to tailor to your needs. I celebrate diversity as your counselor and strive to create a safe and therapeutic environment to be able to facilitate connection with you. Together, we will set goals and work toward making positive changes.
