I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and my aim is to provide a warm, collaborative environment that helps move you towards greater hope and healing. I primarily use Internal Family Systems(level 1 trained) and EMDR(trained) therapies to help you get unstuck from anxiety, depression and trauma and move towards the life you want. I provide a non – judgmental space for you to bring your pains from the past, your experiences in the present and your concerns for the future. I enjoy helping clients find a greater sense of peace with themselves and with others and would consider it an honor to walk alongside you on that journey.
