Biannca Recoder, LCSW
Located at South Austin, TX
I’m a passionate social worker who believes in the power of community, connection, and support to help people feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University and a Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. I work with adults and am passionate about creating warm, welcoming, and supportive environments where clients feel seen, heard, and connected. My clinical approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and developing practical coping skills. Through group-based IOP, I strive to create a space where clients can learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their support systems. This program is designed for individuals who may benefit from additional structure, support, and interaction beyond traditional individual therapy. My goal is to help clients feel less alone while building skills and confidence they can carry into their everyday lives.
