Located at Murfreesboro, TN
As a licensed professional counselor-mental health service provider, I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I aim to meet you where you are at and work collaboratively with you on your goals.
I have experience helping individuals navigate and process trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, cultural identity, grief, and perinatal/postpartum concerns. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, one that is rooted in social justice and trauma-informed care. I am trained in various evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Play Therapy, and incorporate mindfulness techniques. I primarily see adults and adolescents in my practice. I am multicultural and bilingual, providing therapy services both in English and Spanish. Healing happens in community, and I hope to provide a safe, supportive space that empowers you to show up authentically throughout the healing process.
