As a LCSW, my role as a therapist is to listen, provide support, compassion, empathy, and give guidance /feedback when necessary or wanted to better help you reach your fullest potential and/or increase your overall life satisfaction.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, self-esteem and identity struggles, and life changes. I am trained in EMDR, play therapy, family systems, ACT, DBT, and CBT. I also believe in balancing challenging topics/goals with light-heartedness to make the process more tolerable and at an individualized pace. It is a true strength in pursuing therapy as well as wanting to improve yourself more beyond the already great person that you are!
