Unfortunately, mental illness still comes with a stigma, triggering emotions of feeling embarrassed, ashamed, or afraid of sharing our mental health concerns. The first step in improving your overall well-being is becoming aware of the importance of your mental health and reaching out to your healthcare provider. I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience. I offer compassionate mental health care across the lifespan with a focus on your individual needs and goals. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services across the lifespan. I believe in the unity of body, mind, and soul. My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness with supportive education in a stigma-free environment.
