I meet clients where they are in their personal mental health journey and incorporate therapeutic modalities to enhance their resilience and help them meet their goals. With experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family systems issues in a wide variety of settings, I hope to aid and empower my clients in their journey to overall wellness.
