Supporting healing and growth through compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients.
I believe therapy is a journey, and my role is to walk alongside you, not lead the way. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York. I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston College and have experience providing outpatient mental health and substance use treatment. I work with adults , and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotion regulation difficulties. I have a particular passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals and strive to provide an affirming space where every client feels seen, respected, and valued.
My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. I am currently pursuing advanced training in DBT. Whether you’re seeking healing, recovery, or growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
