My approach is client-centered, applying evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices to promote exploration, growth, and healing. I have a background in trauma-informed therapy and have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational struggles, parent coaching, and school issues.
