As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, my practice is grounded in a strength-based, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional connection, personal growth, and abundant love. My clinical expertise spans nearly a decade of work in crisis rooms, emergency departments, shelters, outpatient therapy, and private practice. I have held leadership roles as a team lead, clinical program manager, and administrative supervisor — experiences that sharpened my ability to design effective, compassionate care systems.

I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I have advanced training in suicide prevention (CAMS) and clinical supervision for MFTC and LPCC candidates. My clinical supervision also extends to addiction counselors pursuing CAT, CAS, and LAC certifications.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It requires honoring your unique pace, your lived experience, and your whole self — mind, body, heart, and spirit. I create space where you are seen as the expert of your own life.
I believe in liberation through connection — cultivating relationships that multiply joy rather than demand sacrifice. My therapy is designed to help you reclaim safety, build boundaries with care, awaken desire without shame, and live radiantly.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to building groups that welcome people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. Anti-racism is central to my work — reflected in how I recruit clients, develop curriculum, and engage community partnerships.
