I hold a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I have years of experience helping patients rediscover themselves by building self-esteem, self-worth, and a stronger sense of personal value.

I believe that every person has inherent value and purpose. My work is centered on helping individuals recognize their strengths and reconnect with who they are, especially during challenging times. I have extensive experience working in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), where I support patients in developing the skills needed to build confidence and navigate life more effectively. This includes strengthening interpersonal relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and learning practical coping strategies to manage symptoms. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
