As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience, I support adults and couples navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, substance use, and relationship concerns. I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in trust, where I walk alongside my clients to help them reconnect with their values, clarify their goals, and move toward the life they want. My role is to provide encouragement, accountability, and compassionate insight while helping you build on your strengths, develop practical coping tools, and create healthier patterns and relationships.
