I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build meaningful, balanced lives.

I work with people experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, depression, life stress, and executive functioning challenges, as well as the families who support them. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-informed, focusing on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing practical strategies that support daily functioning. Together, we may work on skills such as managing anxiety and stress, improving organization and follow-through, strengthening communication, and creating routines that feel sustainable. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
