My approach to providing therapeutic services is grounded in being person-centered. Each person has thepotential for health, however, life provides challenges that are barriers to overcome.

Sometimes getting stuck incycles prevents the perspective needed to name the challenges and also look at new ways to overcome these challenges. My focus as a clinician is to provide a safe space for families, couples and/or individuals to work through present barriers to health. I believe everyone desires to be at peace in their life and my role is to help guide a person back toward their true self.
