Life can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. With over 10 years of experience, I use ACT, DBT, and CPT to help you feel seen, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Life can feel overwhelming when worry, self-doubt, and emotional pain begin to take over. In those moments, it’s easy to feel isolated or stuck, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Healing is not about having all the answers; it’s about learning how to move forward with compassion, clarity, and support.
I believe every person deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, better understand your experiences, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to live.
With over a decade of experience as an LPC supporting individuals, couples, and families, I have worked with clients facing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and emotional overwhelm. I take an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Practices, EMDR informed techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.
Together, we will identify the barriers keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and develop a clear path toward healing, confidence, and emotional resilience. Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about helping you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels authentic, capable, and whole.
