Alyssa Durham, LPC, MA
Located at Golden, CO
Alyssa specializes in helping adults navigate life transitions, relationships, anxiety, identity, and personal growth with greater clarity and authenticity.
Alyssa Durham, MA, LPC, ACS, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and works primarily with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, and personal growth.
Her approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy involves more than reducing symptoms–it can help people better understand themselves and create lives that feel more intentional and authentic. Alyssa integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness, acceptance-based approaches, and exploration of patterns, relationships, values, and meaning.
Alyssa brings warmth, curiosity, humor, and directness to the therapy relationship. She strives to create a space where clients can be fully themselves while also feeling supported and challenged to explore what may no longer be serving them.
