I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional specializing in trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. 

I also have experience helping those with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, sleep difficulties, and teens navigating life’s challenges. As a Veteran, I’m especially passionate about supporting the military community and understand the importance of working with someone who truly gets that lifestyle. As a trauma-informed counselor, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable and understood. I take a person-centered approach, moving at your pace, focusing on trust, and healing. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward growth and balance.
